Founder
Deanna is the person you meet at your free meet and greet. She has taught in special education, supported people on disability camps and worked one to one as a support worker. She gets to know each person and their family, matches them with the right worker and keeps plans on track. Cooking is one of her strengths.
Cofounder
Kingsley started Milestone and Me with Deanna. Together they built it around one idea: support works best when people really know you, there is a clear plan, and every new day feels safe and familiar.
